Where are you located? 

All Sun and Heather cards are hand-created in our Irvine, California, USA studio.

Are all items listed ready to ship?

Unless a listing says PREORDER or MADE TO ORDER in the item description, it is ready to ship!

SHIPPING

Our store is in the US, and we ship all orders using the trusted US Postal Service (USPS).

Please don't worry - every card you order from us will be carefully packaged to protect its delicate craftsmanship during transit.

Domestic Delivery:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS  with a tracking number. Once we create your package label, you will receive an email with shipment information. Sun and Heather Cards cannot be held responsible for items delayed in transit. If your package hasn't arrived on time, please reach out to your local post office for help.

If the package is lost in the mail, we'll replace it to make sure you receive your order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to help with any shipping issues.

Expected delivery time within the US: 2-5 days in addition to production/packaging time of 1-2 days. 

Do you deliver internationally?

No, currently, we do not offer international delivery services. Our shipping is limited to domestic addresses within the continental USA.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns for greeting cards. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot facilitate returns once an order has been placed.

We take great care to accurately represent our cards through descriptions and images on our website, ensuring that you receive high-quality products.
